E-Surveys

We believe it is important that information needs to be displayed in a way that is easily understood by key decision makers within your organisation. That is why our reporting software allows you to monitor the response, print out marketing reports and offer 4 visual alternatives to display the information; list view, pie chart, bar chart and line graph.

YOURMOVE Case Study
The Brief: YOURMOVE required a mechanism to monitor the standards of service offered by its nationwide network of branches. The proposed solution needed to deliver a customer satisfaction survey that could be easily deployed via email. The results of the survey were to be returned as .CSV file that could be analysed in Microsoft Excel.
Method:
Visualcode developed an E-Survey solution that allowed the client to ask
a series of multiple choice and text input questions. The system took
account of the relationships between questions and answers; the survey
asked different questions to the customer based on their responses.
In
the case of the 'YOURMOVE Customer Satisfaction Survey', there were 2
types of customer, either buyer or seller; each type of client was
assigned a different set of questions. However, if a customer was both
a buyer and a seller they were asked the complete series of questions.
Initially the results of the survey were made available as a .CSV file for YOURMOVE to download and analyse.
Development: The survey was deemed a success by YOURMOVE, commissioning a further 18 surveys that could be sent out on a monthly basis.
Visualcode developed a 'Report Generator' that plugged into the existing system, allowing all questions and information to be displayed as a list, pie-chart, bar-graph and line chart, each could be printed individually. In addition the Report Generator had the advanced functionality to drill down the information, allowing for individual location reports and analysis.
